Commitment to inclusive accessibility design
General Commitment
We believe that the digital world should be open and accessible to everyone. DocDock is designed and built to ensure that individuals with disabilities can navigate, manage, and share documents with ease. We are committed to constantly improving the user experience of our app and documentation site to align with industry accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The DocDock App and support pages are designed to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, utilizing:
- Contrast ratios compliant with text visibility standards.
- Dynamic type size configurations that scale beautifully with system text settings on iOS and Android.
- Screen reader labels (VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android) for interactive buttons and forms.
- Keyboard focus indicators for desktop operations.
